First Look at ProBlogger.com[munity]

Its been so long, Darren acquired ProBlogger.com and we have been expecting some thing very useful from him. Finally he has decided to start with a paid forum. I am sure, he will have plans to expand it, in the future.

Many people may think that paid forum is not the way to go, considering some other good quality forums already available for free. But Darren, is paying for the moderation and he also want to make sure that, the forum is difficult place for spammers!

If spammers want to create multiple accounts, then they obviously need to invest 1.95$ each month, per account

So far my experience is very good. People are actively, genuinely involved in conversation, and not just to get a link. I feel like visiting the forum frequently and involve in the conversation. Its already a great learning experience for me.
I have seen many high profile bloggers sharing their knowledge in the forum. Only thing is, you need to take advantage by involving in the conversation. Contribute to the community, and learn as much as possible.

In its pre-launch (the forum is not yet officially announced on ProBlogger.net, though almost everyone know about its launch already!) mode itself this forum has become so popular, I am sure still thousands of people will be joining with the official wordings from Darren Rowse on his blog.

At the time of writing this post, the forum had:
Threads: 188, Posts: 2,063, Members: 1,248.

College Forum Logo/Banner Design

I was looking through many of the contests going on around the blogosphere, and many mails hitting my inbox offering free logo designs. But I am satisfied with my present logo design. Its probably because the present logo of Technotip.org was designed by myself and I might be biased because of that. Anyway, if you feel the logo as not so good, then feel free to comment below this article, so that we can take a closer look.

Today I wanted to share the logo’s/Banners, that I had designed long back when I was studying my degree(BCA — Bachelor of Computer Applications). We had the plan of starting the college forum, and the logo/banner(both logo and banner are same for my college people, they just shrinked the size of the banner and called it as logo! So I will use these two words alternatively, eventhough they are different!) designing responsibility fell on me. At that time I dint know anything about designing, photoshop etc, but still agreed and managed to design some awesome logo’s. It is when I learnt a lot of things about logo designing.

Get Adsense and Analytics Integration in 24hrs

We know that many of you are waiting for the adsense and analytics integration in your account. If you are an English-language publisher, then there is more chances of getting it soon.

AdSenseAdvisor had posted a WebmasterWorld thread and said you can get it by going to the Inside AdSense Blog and reading the top. The top basically says:

Want to integrate your AdSense account with Google Analytics? Improved reporting was on publisher wish lists this year, so we’re spreading the reporting cheer this holiday season. Fill out our interest form, and we may be able to enable the feature earlier for you.

Take a look at this short video:-

Adsense/Analytics team is so fast and they will almost enable this feature to you within 24hrs(If they want to!). They may not enable this feature to you, if they see something objectionable. In such cases just contact Google and clarify.

Some people may feel insecure for entering their adsense pub ID in the forum. But feel free to enter your details, as this forum is created by official AdSense / Analytics team at Google.
